Returns Policy


The customer has a maximum period of 14 days, from the date of delivery of the order. However, returns will only be accepted if respect following conditions:  

- The product must be returned in the original packaging and under the same conditions in which it was sold; 
- The item will have to be returned without any traces of use or damage and with all its accessories and original box;

The refund is made within a maximum period of 15 days, excluding the value of the postage (which will always be the responsibility of the customer, even if the customer has had free postage), through the same payment system used by the customer when purchasing, or in another method agreed by both parties.
