1. REGISTRATION
The online store allows the purchase without account registration, if this customer preference.
The client log is intended to maintain and facilitate all consumer activity in current and future purchases.
2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERING
The information made available in the online store is always constantly updated. The BiURBAN.net safeguard its responsibility for any errors in the characteristics described in the product;
Product images may not correspond exactly to the product presented, motivated by changes and updates of the manufacturer;
Unless otherwise indicated, the products are always sold at a unit;
In case of product unavailability, BiURBAN.net always inform the customer about the expected delivery of the product;
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. The BiURBAN.net reserves the right to change prices, add or delete products without prior notice;
The order is always subject to availability. The availability status of a certain product may be incorrect at the time of purchase, so you will always be subject to confirmation of our team;
When placing a purchase order through the Website, the Customer declares that he or she is 18 years of age or older and has the legal capacity to purchase the products on the Website;
From the moment a purchase or order is made, the products that are part are reserved and await payment up to a maximum of 72 hours. After this period is not confirmed any payment, availability will not be guaranteed and order may be canceled. The customer will have to make a new purchase and the products will be subject to new confirmation;
Any campaign, product or offer will be subject to and limited to existing stock;
In the case of rupture of stock of some component,will contact you;
Whenever the customer has a question about a product, you must before finalizing the purchase contact our technical team and ask for further clarification.
2.1 BiURBAN PROTOTYPES
BiURBAN.net bicycles or prototypes are built after purchase performed and takes an average of 3 weeks until dispatched, except cases of rupture of stock of some component. In case of temporary stock rupture of some component, may take a few more days. In case of permanent rupture, BiUBAN.net will contact you to discuss alternatives or proceed to return the payment.
All prototypes example forming part of a planned and tested custom configuration. We do not discharge the change of any component in which to be negotiated with the BiURBAN.net before making the order.
3. DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
After confirmation of the order payment, your package is processed soon as possible and can take a few hours till 2 days, except in rupture of stock. The delivery of orders depends of delivery method that customer select.
Orders are dispatched usually by 5:00pm (London time) on each business day.
If not present upon delivery of your order, the carrier will left a note in your mail box, if not, check it in carrier portal.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer must verify that they have received everything in accordance with the purchase made, in case of any wrong or non-conforming part, they must notify BiURBAN.net as soon as possible.
The carriers do not carry out deliveries on holidays and weekends. You can not choose a specific delivery time.

4. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
To cancel an order, it must be in "Payment Accepted", "Awaiting payment" or "Backorder" status. To cancel, simply send an e-mail with the order reference to info@biurban.net.
When an order is placed in processing ("In Process" or "Under Construction" status), it is not possible to cancel. You will later have to return it.
5. PAYMENT
BiURBAN informs that never and incase requests data on credit cards or other data that judges are non-transferable to their customers;
The order can be paid via Bank Transfer (IBAN), MBWAY, Multibank or PayPal;
6. WARRANTY
The warranty is provided in the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer;
The guarantee will be valid as long as the buyer keep: Proper use, correct assembly, periodic maintenance specified by the manufacturer and Proof of purchase;
In the case of negligent use and exposed to abnormal conditions the guarantee be automatically deleted;
Are automatically exluídos assurance products:
- Have undergone repair attempts;
- Signs and evidence of tampering of the parts and components;
The warranty does not cover the cost of transport of products covered;
After accepting the warranty, the product will be replaced with the same or equivalent in the case of unavailability for discontinuation thereof;
The customer making the purchase accepts all the conditions mentioned herein.
7. RAL - RESOLUTION CONSUMER ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE (Law No. 114/2015 of September 8)
In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Resolution Entity of consumer disputes:

8. GENERAL INFORMATION
In any cirscuntâncias the BiURBAN and their representatives can't be responsible for any:
- economic losses, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages;
- Physical Damage on the use of the products purchased on this online store;
- Loss of data on this site (online store);
