After confirming the payment of the order, it is processed as soon as possible and depends on the same quantity or volume of processing orders, loss of only 1 hour to 2 days, unless stock breaks or products on back order as an example of custom bikes or wheels.
After processing, purchase will be shipped and the delivery depends of delivery method that customer select. BiURBAN will sent an e-mail with reference and web link for tracking.
Orders are dispatched usually by 5:00pm (London time) on each business day.
If not present upon delivery of your order, the carrier will contact the customer to schedule a new date and time of delivery.
The carriers do not carry out deliveries on holidays and weekends. You can not choose a specific delivery time.
Packaging and Documents
BiURBAN cares about the environment. In order to reduce waste, BiURBAN uses recycled boxes or accumulators from suppliers whenever possible. Prints are also made only to the minimum necessary, that is, only the postal delivery label is printed. All other documents are digital, generated and sent by our system to the customer's email or mobile phone (eg: invoices, receipts, receipts, ...).
Shipping fee is free for purchases of Components and Acessories equal or above 99€ for Portugal or Spain (mainland) or if you select pick up in a BiURBAN store.

BiURBAN deliveries only for EU Countries + United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, with exception of complete bikes that only delivery for Portugal and Spain.
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the items and are free, for mainland Portugal and Spain (except Islands), for purchases equal to or greater than 99€ in parts and accessories. In the case of bicycles, the postage is 15€ for Portugal and Spain (except islands).
In order to know exactly the sizes, we suggest that you make a purchase simulation choosing the shipping method of your preference.
When an order is sent, the customer has only 1 attempts to get package. After delivery attempt, the order is kept at the nearest delivery point waiting for customer contact or to pick it up. After some time, if customer don't pick it up, packaged is returned to BiURBAN.
If the order is returned due to the customer's responsibility (example: address indicated by the customer, wrong or incomplete), and if he wishes to return it, they will be charged again so that we can process the new shipment.
In case of withdrawal, BiURBAN will exclude the value of the postage, even if the customer has had free postage.
