DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

Delivery

After confirmation of the order payment, you package is processed soon as possible and can take a few hours till 2 days, except in rupture of stock. The delivery of orders depends of delivery method that customer select.

Orders are dispatched usually by 5:00pm (London time) on each business day.

If not present upon delivery of your order, the carrier will contact the customer to schedule a new date and time of delivery.

The carriers do not carry out deliveries on holidays and weekends. You can not choose a specific delivery time.

Free Postage

Shipping fee is free for purchases equal or above 100 € for Portugal or Spain (mainland) or if you select pick up in a BiURBAN store.

Delivery Countries

BiURBAN deliveries only for EU Countries + United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, with exception of complete bikes that only delivery for Portugal and Spain.

Times and Delivery Prices

You can check below a table with a delivery price estimation related with weight:

Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Lietchtenstein, Luxemburg, Netherlannds, Switzerland and Spain (Balearic Islands);
Zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland.

In case of free postage, the order takes in average between 1 and 3 days to reach you.

In the case of transport to Spain, the Balearic Islands are not restricted.

Note that delivery times are indicative only and therefore considered valid when there is no physical impairments or structural (eg, incorrect addresses or setbacks of force majure).

Forwarding Orders

When an order is sent, the customer has between 2 and 3 attempts to deliver (depending on the chosen carrier's policy). After all attempts, the order is returned to BiURBAN.
If the order is returned due to the customer's responsibility (example: address indicated by the customer, wrong or incomplete), and if he wishes to return it, they will be charged again so that we can process the new shipment.

In case of withdrawal, BiURBAN will exclude the value of the postage, even if the customer has had free postage.


Returns

The customer has a maximum period of 15 days, from the date of delivery of the order. However, returns will only be accepted if they are reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order and subject to the following conditions:  

- The product must be returned in the original packaging and under the same conditions in which it was sold;
- The item will have to be returned without any traces of use or damage and with all its accessories and original box;

Only after arrival and evaluation of the parts will we exchange, grant credit, or even return the corresponding amount.


Non-refundable items:
- Complete Bikes;
- Gift Certificates;
- Customized products or products according to the specifications of the consumer, regardless of the type of customization.

Refund:
The refund is made within a maximum period of 15 days, excluding the value of the postage (which will always be the responsibility of the customer, even if the customer has had free postage), through the same payment system used by the customer when purchasing, or in another method agreed by both parties.

Important notes:
In the event of receiving a damaged packaging or with traces of opening, it should check its contents at the time of delivery to present the complaint to the carrier immediately; If you find that the contents are also damaged or that a part is missing, you should not accept delivery, ie you must refuse the order and then report the situation to BiURBAN.
